Enlightenment

Self-realization, also known as Enlightenment, refers to a realization of your true nature, beyond the worldly body-mind manifestation. Enlightenment was never a goal in the future, that should be pursued with techniques, practices and beliefs. It is the core nature of all mankind, the very essence of unity, nonduality, which is a living expression of the Oneness in god, in everything.

To realize the truth within yourself come first to see who and what you are NOT. By letting go of the attachments to those labels and qualities which you once thought were you, moves you to a purer seeing of WHAT IS, instead of what should be. You are complete already. Truth is present at all times, unseen by the distracted mind, that sits in the muddy waters of its fears. An honest self-enquiry into what is not real is a good place to start. Absolute presence of being, uncompromising honesty and devotional intimacy (in-to-me-see) with your loved one, can act as a catalyst to burning off the false identifications.
