What type of files are the downloaded talks?

All files are in Mp3 format, and videos are in .avi format. You can listen to a 5 minute long sample of each file before deciding to download it.

What can I do with the downloads?

You can listen to them on your computer, burn them to a CD or put them in your iPod or MP3 player. They travel with you wherever you go. These files are for your personal use only.

Can I share these audio files?

These files are for your own personal use only, please do not redistribute them as this is lost income to the teachers and speakers.

How long do I have to download my audio files?

Your audio files will be available for you at all times in your KY account and you can download them as many times as you wish. To access them simply click Login on the right hand side of the top navigation bar.

I forget my Website password, what do I do?

Click on Login in the top navigation bar on the right hand side. You will see Forget Your Password heading. Enter the email address you used to sign up to Website and click continue. Your password will be emailed to you.

The Purchase and Download Process

Here's a step-by-step overview of the purchase and download process:

Click on the "Add to Cart" links to add your chosen files to your shopping cart. You can continue shopping by clicking on the Continue Shopping button or clicking on the Speakers or Subjects buttons in the top navigation bar. When you have completed shopping, click on the view cart link to be taken to your shopping cart. Review the items in your cart and then click the Proceed to Checkout button to proceed.

If you are a returning Website customer please enter your email address you used to sign up with us and your password. If you are a new Website customer please fill out your full name, email, password, confirm your password and choose your country from the drop down menu.

You will be then forwarded to Paypal to pay securely. Enter your payment details. If you already have a PayPal account, simply sign in to speed up this process. You don't need to join PayPal to make a purchase. After your payment has been processed, you will be returned to Know Yourself. This confirmation page will contain instructions and your download links. We'll also send you an email with these same instructions and links. Download the MP3 files and save them to your hard drive, and enjoy!
